A pavilion is typically a larger open-sided roof structure, so the roof system, post locations and supporting base need to be resolved before the frame goes up. The exact kit determines how posts, beams, trusses and roof panels fit together and how the structure is anchored.
Footprint and post locations
Send the pavilion model, overall dimensions and site photos. Mark the intended footprint if possible so access, nearby trees, walls, patios and property features can be seen in context.
The supporting surface must suit the product. Concrete pads, decks and other bases can require different attachment methods, and new foundation work is separate unless it has been included.
Frame and roof assembly
The service follows the kit sequence for posts, beams, roof framing, panels and manufacturer-supplied trim or accessories. Large roof components require staging room and a clear path to the build area.
We do not substitute a gazebo or pergola construction method just because the structures look related.
Anchoring and project-specific obligations
Any manufacturer-required anchoring is reviewed against the actual site. Wind, snow, permit, HOA or engineering requirements can vary and are not guaranteed by a generic installation page.
Pavilions are part of outdoor shade and structure services. A smaller enclosed-feel kit may fit gazebo installation, while open-lattice shade is typically a pergola project.
Send a pavilion installation request with the kit, site plan/photos, base details and known anchoring or permit requirements.
Pavilion Installation FAQ
What is the main difference between a pavilion and a gazebo for quoting?
The actual kit, dimensions and roof/frame design matter more than the label. Larger open-sided roof structures commonly fit this pavilion family.
Is a concrete pad part of installation?
Not automatically. The quote should state whether an acceptable foundation already exists.
Are gutters or roof trim included?
Manufacturer-supplied accessories can be included when they are listed in the requested configuration.
Can the structure be anchored to an existing deck?
Only after the product and deck/support condition are reviewed for that method.
Do you guarantee engineering approval?
No. Engineering and permit obligations are project-specific and need separate verification.
