Pergolas range from simple open-slat kits to louvered systems with adjustable roofs, so the assembly and anchoring plan must match the exact product. A Meridian-style wood pergola and a galvanized louvered pergola can differ in post layout, roof components and power or drainage accessories.
Kit, dimensions and roof style
Send the product model and the full footprint. Identify whether the roof is fixed, slatted or adjustable and list any side screens, gutters or other accessories you want included.
The final location should be selected with doors, windows, roof overhangs and furniture layout in mind.
Base or attachment surface
Freestanding pergolas may use post bases or other anchors; attached systems can depend on building connection points. Show the existing patio, deck or foundation and tell us if any footings are already prepared.
New concrete, structural reinforcement or opening finished walls is not assumed.
Louvered systems and accessories
For adjustable-roof products, assembly can include the manufacturer-provided louver mechanisms and controls that belong to the kit. Any electrical connection beyond an existing compatible setup is a separate scope.
Rain handling, gutters and weather performance depend on the actual system. We do not create unsupported leak or wind guarantees.
Pergolas are part of gazebo, pergola and shade installation. A solid-roof social structure may be better matched to gazebo installation, while a wall-mounted fabric system belongs under awnings.

Attached products require review of the manufacturer's connection method and the actual building surface.
Are motorized louvers included?
Manufacturer-supplied mechanisms can be assembled as part of the kit, while new electrical work remains separate.
Does the service include new concrete footings?
Not unless footing work has been specifically added to the project.
