Shuffleboard tables are long pieces of game-room equipment, and their length can make placement more challenging than the actual assembly. A product such as an LED-lighted shuffleboard may also add powered components that a traditional table does not have. We plan the route, room and exact model before the table is built.
Measure the route as well as the room
Tell us the packaged length and where the table will be installed. Long cabinet or cradle sections can be difficult to turn through hallways, stairs or doorways. Photos of tight corners are useful when access is uncertain.
The playing room needs enough space at both ends of the table. Final orientation should be decided before legs or a cradle are fully assembled.
Cradle, legs and playing surface
Depending on the design, assembly can involve a base or cradle, legs, cabinet sections and placement of the playing surface. The supplied instructions determine how those components are joined and supported.
Keep protective packaging on sensitive surfaces until it needs to be removed for assembly. A damaged playing surface should be reported rather than treated as an assembly defect that can be repaired during setup.
Leveling and powered features
Normal leveling uses the adjustment points designed into the table. We can set those during final placement, but we do not correct a defective floor or alter the table structure.
If the model includes lighting or electronic scoring, identify those features and confirm that an existing suitable power source is available.
Shuffleboard is part of game-room equipment assembly. Other table types, including air hockey and pool tables, have different construction and are kept on their own pages.
Send a shuffleboard assembly request with the model, room dimensions, access route, package location and any powered feature.
Shuffleboard Assembly FAQ
Why is the access route important for shuffleboard?
Long components can be difficult to turn through a property even when the final room is large enough. The route should be checked before unpacking.
Is leveling included?
Normal adjustment through the table's designed levelers can be performed after placement. Floor correction is a separate issue.
Can you set up an LED shuffleboard table?
Yes when the powered features are part of the verified model and an appropriate existing outlet is available.
Do you repair damaged playing surfaces?
Repair is not assumed in the assembly scope. Photograph damage and raise it separately before the visit.
Should packaging remain on the table?
Keep protective packaging until assembly requires removal so the playing surface is not unnecessarily exposed during handling.
