Pool Table Installation and Leveling

Share the pool table model, construction type and room. We review access, playing clearance, final position and leveling; repair or refelting is quoted separately.

Quote-ready details

  • Exact product or model when known
  • Final assembly / installation location
  • Access, mounting, base or utility conditions
  • Removal, damaged or missing parts when relevant

Pool table installation needs more information than a typical game-table assembly because construction can vary from lighter non-slate products to heavy slate-based tables. Access, room clearance and final leveling are central to the job, while cloth replacement or repair is a different service unless it has been explicitly quoted.

Identify the table construction

Send the manufacturer/model and state whether the table is slate or non-slate if you know. If it is used or has already been disassembled, describe the current condition and whether all major components are present.

The table type affects handling and assembly. We do not infer the weight or internal construction from the phrase “pool table.”

Access to the game room

A heavy table may require a very different plan when the room is upstairs, downstairs or reached through narrow doors. Share stairs, turns and delivery location before scheduling. Large components should not be moved blindly into a space without knowing whether they can be handled there.

The final room also needs adequate playing clearance around the table. Send room dimensions if the fit is close.

Assembly and leveling

The installation follows the construction of the specific table and the instructions available for it. The job can include frame and leg assembly, placement of supplied table components and final leveling through the product's intended adjustment method.

Slate handling, where applicable, is treated according to the actual table. The page does not promise a specialized billiards repair procedure without verified scope.

Cloth, refelting and repairs are separate

Existing cloth condition, cushion repair, refinishing, replacement parts or refelting are not automatically included in installation. If you want any of those services considered, describe them and provide photos so they can be reviewed independently.

That separation is important because a table can be assembled correctly while still having a repair issue unrelated to the installation itself.

Related game-room services

Pool tables sit within game equipment and indoor play services, but lighter products such as foosball tables or table tennis tables have different handling and setup requirements.

Request a pool table installation quote with the model, construction type, room dimensions, access details, current table condition and any separate cloth or repair request.

Pool Table Installation and Leveling FAQ

Why do you ask whether the table is slate?

Slate construction can substantially affect weight, handling and assembly. Knowing the table type helps define the work before the visit.

Is refelting included with installation?

No. Refelting or cloth replacement is a separate scope unless it has been specifically reviewed and included.

Can a used pool table be installed?

Potentially. Describe its current disassembled condition, component completeness and any visible damage so the project can be evaluated.

Is leveling part of the installation?

Final leveling can be part of setup using the table's intended adjustment approach. Floor repair is not included.

What room information should I send?

Provide room dimensions when clearance is close, plus stairs, doorways and the path from the table's current location to the final position.
