Pinball machines are delivered as heavy, specialized game equipment, and setup is different from assembling a conventional table. The cabinet, backbox, legs, electronics and playfield all belong to one model-specific system. Before the machine is moved into position, we need to know its exact model, where it is now and how it will reach the room where it will remain.
Moving the machine into position
Access is the first planning question. Pinball cabinets are bulky and can be difficult to turn on stairs or through narrow doorways. Tell us about steps, elevators, tight corners and the distance from the delivery point to the final location.
The intended playing position should be selected before setup begins. A machine that is leveled and connected in one location should not have to be moved again simply because the room layout was not decided.
Model-specific setup
The service can include the normal manufacturer-defined setup for the delivered machine, such as attaching legs, raising or securing the backbox, fitting supplied hardware and placing the unit in its intended operating position. The exact procedure depends on the machine; we do not reuse an arcade-cabinet checklist for pinball.
Internal electronics repair, switch adjustment, playfield restoration or diagnosis of a machine that does not operate correctly are separate from setup. If the product has a known fault, mention it before scheduling.
Leveling and power
Pinball play depends on the machine standing correctly, so normal leveling through the machine's designed feet can be part of final placement. A damaged or severely uneven floor is a property issue rather than a setup step.
An existing suitable power source should be available near the final position. Running a new circuit or repairing electrical faults is not implied by this service.
How this differs from arcade assembly
Pinball sits inside game equipment and indoor play services, but a home video-game cabinet belongs under arcade machine assembly. Keeping those scopes separate avoids mixing product setup with repair work that belongs to another specialty.

Pinball Machine Setup FAQ
Can you move the pinball machine to another floor?
Possibly, but cabinet size, weight, stairs and turns have to be understood first. Include access photos when the route is difficult.
Is pinball repair part of setup?
No. Setup covers the normal delivered-machine configuration and placement. Repair of electronics, switches, displays or the playfield requires separate scope.
Do you level the machine?
Normal leveling using the machine's designed feet can be included after it reaches the final position.
Should the machine be powered on during the visit?
That depends on the manufacturer's setup sequence and the machine condition. An existing suitable outlet should be available at the chosen location.
What should I send for a quote?
Provide the exact machine, ZIP or city, where it is currently located, the destination room and any stairs, narrow doors or known faults.
