The assembly follows the supplied instructions for the exact product. Depending on the design, that can mean constructing the base and frame, fitting adjustable supports, installing the pad or seat sections, securing manufacturer-provided hardware and checking the normal adjustment points.
If the bench is integrated with another product rather than being a separate item, identify the full system. A combined rack-and-bench configuration may belong partly under power rack and rig installation rather than being treated as a stand-alone bench job.
